Ask Doddleware
What is TillHop?

TillHop is software in development for walk-up rides and attractions. It is designed to connect till sales with a ride log, compare those records with the ride's mechanical count and support manager shift close-out.

Which till systems are planned?

Clover is the first planned POS integration. Other integrations have not been confirmed. Tell Doddleware which till system you use when you enquire.

Is TillHop a replacement for our till?

The initial scope connects to the existing till. It focuses on the ride record and shift reconciliation around those sales.

Does it automatically read our ride counter?

The planned reconciliation compares sales with the mechanical ride count. How counter readings are captured needs to be confirmed for the site's equipment and workflow; an automatic counter connection is not promised.

Can shift staff see the takings?

The planned workflow keeps takings out of shift staff view while giving managers the information needed for close-out. The roles and permissions for your operation would need to be agreed during setup.

Can we use it with CheckaDo?

The products address different parts of ride operations. CheckaDo focuses on ride inspection and maintenance logging; TillHop focuses on sales-linked ride records and close-out. Ask Doddleware about your requirements for either or both. A direct integration is not being advertised at this stage.

Is it available, and what does it cost?

TillHop is in development. Availability, onboarding and pricing have not been announced. Register your interest with Doddleware to discuss your site.

What should I include in an enquiry?

The type of ride or attraction, the till you use, how you record rides and counter readings, and the part of shift close-out you want to improve. You do not need to send customer details or financial records for an initial conversation.
