The planned workflow

Follow the sale through the shift.

TillHop is being developed to connect the records already created at the till with the work happening at the ride. Here is how those pieces fit together.

01 / How it works

Start with the till sale

The first planned integration is Clover POS. TillHop is designed to use the sale details as the starting point for the ride record, keeping the package, add-ons and selling staff member connected to the transaction.

02 / How it works

Build the ride log

The planned ride log brings riders and seat assignments together with the package and extras sold. The exact workflow will depend on the attraction’s setup, keeping the detail of each ride connected to its sale.

03 / How it works

Compare the records with the counter

A mechanical ride count gives managers another record to compare with sales. TillHop is being built to help highlight differences for review. A difference is a prompt to investigate, not a conclusion about what happened.

04 / How it works

Review and close out

Managers need the shift's financial picture. Shift staff need the information relevant to their work. TillHop's planned close-out workflow separates those views and is being designed around operations that use blind cash drops.
